Where is the serial number of my refrigeration? Each product range has a fixed location for the rating plate which contains the Model and Serial Number information. When viewed from the front the rating plate - In a fridge or fridge freezer it is located inside the Fridge on the left hand side wall next to the salad drawer. On freezers you find the plate a little higher up on the same side.
