Why is my fridge not cold enough? Please ensure that the temperature settings are properly adjusted.
Where is the water filter located? The filter is inside the fridge compartment on the lower left hand side above the vegetable drawer. To remove rotate in the direct of the arrow printed on the filter.
How do I reset the Filter required reminder light? To reset depress the Auto Eco button for 5 seconds. The display will flash and the light will be reset for a further 6 months.
No lights are on the freezer display. What could be the reason for this? When the door is removed during installation, it is possible that the connectors under the top hinge cover have not been fitted back together.
Where can I find the serial number on my Side by Side Fridge Freezer? Each product range has a fixed location for the rating plate which contains the Model and Serial Number information. When viewed from the front the rating plate is located inside the Fridge on the left hand side wall next to the salad drawer.
Please note that for a few models, it is on the right hand side.
The sides of my appliance are getting hot. What could be the reason for it? This is normal the heat helps prevent condensation forming.
My appliance is noisy and vibrating. Why would this be happening? Please adjust the feet to ensure that the appliance is level. If the appliance is frost free an additional sound can be heard from the fan as it circulates the cool air.
My freezer is running all the time and is too cold. Why would this be happening? Please ensure that the Fast Free switch is in the off position.
