I have fitted a front décor panel to the Dishwasher - why is it now difficult for me to lift and close the door? You can adjust the hinge spring tension by turning the small screws on either side of the front cabinet frame. For very heavy doors the dishwasher hinge springs can be moved to a higher position on the pulley (the side of the dishwasher will need to be removed temporally for excess).

My appliance does not seem stable? Please ensure that the appliance is level and that the fixing brackets are screwed to the neighbouring cabinets or the underside of the worktop.
Why is there is a gap between the dishwasher and the underside of my kitchen worktop. If required, the extension feet provided with the dishwasher can be used to raise the cabinet.
Why am I finding it difficult to adjust the rear feet once my dishwasher is pushed back into its location? On some models, on the lower front plinth of the dishwasher there is a screw either side which can be turned to adjust the rear feet to the correct position whilst in situ.
Where is the serial number on my dishwasher? Each product range has a fixed location for the rating plate which contains the Model and Serial Number information. When viewed from the front, it is on the top right hand edge of the door.
